Hi, I’m Yasir Monon — a content writer and lifelong learner based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Whether I’m drafting fiction, translating literature, designing graphics, or solving IT puzzles, I try to bring curiosity, creativity, and care into everything I do.
I’ve authored books in both Bengali and English, including Proshno Taro Common Porechilo, Nilame Pachti Shobdo, and Auction of Emotions. My stories often explore the quiet dramas of everyday life, blending observation with emotion, and social insight with imagination. I’ve also translated Chetan Bhagat’s Half Girlfriend into Bengali and recently published Short Analysis of Victorian and Late‑Victorian Fictions, a resource for literature students.
Outside of writing, I work in the Content Writing sector and enjoy biking, chess, and tinkering with design tools. I believe in the beauty of simplicity, the strength of honest storytelling, and the underrated art of taking a really good nap.
Thanks for visiting my corner of the web — feel free to explore, read, or reach out.
